Dr. Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe, a renowned Ghanaian football administrator and politician, shared his disappointment with the performance of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Apexnewsgh reports
As a founding member of the NPP, Dr. Tamakloe’s criticism carries significant weight.
“My own party has not performed well,” he stated, citing various infractions during their tenure. Dr. Tamakloe questioned the party’s leadership, describing it as “unfortunately led by an autocrat.” His concerns about the party’s performance and leadership style were evident.
When discussing the upcoming election, Dr. Tamakloe remained uncertain about the outcome, saying, “I don’t know who will win the next election.” However, he expressed doubts about the NPP’s chances, stating, “If NPP allows the next election to be held freely, there is no way they can win.”
In a surprising revelation, Dr. Tamakloe preferred John Mahama over Bawumia as a leader, citing the importance of experience. “I will always go in for somebody who has done it before and has experience. So this will be Mahama,” he emphasized.
Dr. Tamakloe’s candid assessment of his party’s performance and leadership has sparked attention, highlighting the need for reflection and improvement within the NPP.
