According to the letter, institutions are required to submit the following details for each new staff member:
Full Name
Designation/Job Title
Employee Identification Number (if applicable)
Date of Appointment
Date Added to Payroll
The requested data must be submitted to the Office of the President by January 31, 2025. Debrah emphasized that this information is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the government’s payroll system.
