Voting during civil conflict is sadly frequent and elections can also prompt violence. Despite this, elections are still seen as a means to bolster the peace after the war ends, hinting at a deeper trend: elections and violence seem inextricably connected.” He wrote “That’s is a fact, the reason why I believe peace at this point in time is very paramount. It is my belief that if we are able to engage leaders of the various political parties in our various constituencies across the country in very inclusive peaceful engagement and activities, it will definitely minimize the number of havocs caused by youth during the elections. Yes, because the youth receives some of these regrettable violent instructions from politicians due to their vulnerability. I mean vulnerability in terms of lack of education, lack of finances, and so on.” He spoke According to Mr. Ngamegbulam, what we should all remember is that, when the elephant’s fights, the innocent grasses automatically become victims. I Used To Spend Pounds In School, Moses Asaga Never Paid My School Fees- Lawyer Anthony Namoo

The Upper East Regional Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party Lawyer Anthony Namoo has told Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen of Apexnewsgh.com that the pronouncement made by the former Member Parliament for Nabdam Constituency against his person is false. In November 2,2020, while addressing party sympathizers at Zanlerigu-Wooredaa during the commissioning of a CHPS facility, the former Member of Parliament for the Nabdam Constituency in the Upper East Region, Hon. Moses Asaga was captured speaking on top of his voice, angrilly saying “the first person he paid his school was Anthony Namoo, stressing that, he expected the NPP Regional Chairman to grow up to respect elders and people who are his seniors in society but was rather taken aback at his ‘lose’ character. But, when Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen of Apexnewsgh.com approched the Regional Chairman for clarification, this was his reactions. “I lobbied the Vice President for him to help roof Sekoti Multipurpose community center, so the Vice President gave an amount of Seventy Thousand Cedis (Ghc 70,000.00) for me to present. Now, on the programme my position was there as making a remark and after that, I told them that because of my time schedule and concern that day, I had attended 4 funerals in addition to the programme. So, I said after the programme I have to leave. So, i told the chairman that I was leaving earlier. Moses was never task to say anything on the programme. So, what is it? The programme line up was there and my name was there as somebody to say something. After my speech, I donated Five Thousand Ghana cedis (Ghc 5,000.00) myself and the Vice Donated Seventy Thousand (70,000.00). Vice President Ghc70,000.00, was presented to the contractor who will be doing the roofing. So, this is it about Sekoti.” He explained. “For my school fees, Moses Asaga came at a time I had finished A’Level and I got admission at the University of Ghana to do Law, in the course of my studies I use to go to United Kingdom to work and get money ok, So, me I was a student I was rich, I have pounds, I use to make pounds and spend, not bragging. My uncles who supported me are there. It was only on one occasion that the late N.N Nayenbil who was then a presiding member of the then Bolgatanga District Assembly told him that, you have such an intelligent person doing law and you are helping people with Common Fund and don’t give him. Then, I was there Nayenbil said I should come for the Common Fund. So, Asaga as a person, I have never gone to him for any money. Ofcourse, that time he was the Member of Parliament, so, is only on one occasion and that one is Nayenbil asked me to come for the money and not Asaga. Is only one occasion, that money could not even buy one textbook on Law of studies.” He insisted Apexnewsgh.com/Ghana/Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen Please contact Apexnewsgh.com on email apexnewsgh@gmail.com for your credible news publications

JUST IN: John Mahama Finally Promises To Pay Menzgold Customers If He Wins 2020 Elections

The Presidential Candidate of the opposition National Democratic Congress John Mahama says he will pay the premiums of Menzgold customers if he wins the December polls. According to Mr Mahama, even though he is yet to know the full amount of investments at Menzgold, it is estimated to be around 15 million dollars. “The little we can do to help Menzgold customers we will in order to alleviate their plight. If for instance someone invested GHC1000 and was expecting some huge interest if we cannot pay the interest, at least the GHC1000 government should be able to sort that one out. Because they are Ghanaians, it is the duty of the state to protect them. “We will also investigate the issue and retrieve the monies and properties that we can from the management of the company so the government can top up to settle the outstanding issues,” he told Accra-based Power FM in an interview Thursday. Meanwhile, the Coalition of Aggrieved Customers of Menzgold has called on its members to vote against President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo following what the group described as the government’s failure to facilitate the payment of locked up investment of its members. The group made the call at a press conference in Kumasi on Sunday, November 29, 2020, where it urged its members to vote for former President John Mahama. According to the Coalition, John Mahama has shown compassion towards its members and has a roadmap on how he will ensure such locked up investments are paid. The National Vice Chairman of the group, Francis Owusu, at the press conference stated that they believe the current government is complicit in the Menzgold debacle, which they say explains why it has not helped them in retrieving their locked-up cash. “As customers, we have knocked every door of the state including the President of the Republic of Ghana. From the recent utterance of the Vice President Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, labelling us as having invested in a 419 unregistered company even though his party was a huge beneficiary of Menzgold funds [we don’t believe this government will pay us our investment]”. The leadership of the group has thus urged all members to vote for the National Democratic Congress’ presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama. Obiri Boahen To Commit Suicide If…

The Deputy Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Obiri Boahen has reaffirmed his earlier stance of killing himself through suicide if the Opposition National Democratic Congress announced the winner of the 2020 election. Mr. Obiri Boahen renewed his pronouncement on November 2, 2020, during an Exclusive interview with Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen of Apexnewsgh.com. According to Mr. Obiri Oboahen, his expectation in the 2020 election, is for NPP to win with a huge margin to continue with their good developmental projects initiated across the country.  “I will take the bio of the crocodile add insecticide and then add Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane, commonly known as DDT, then I will go to the grave. Because, how do I continue to live, when a party like NDC is in Power, as this my age? So, I will say goodbye and leave you, people.” He stressed When he was questioned by Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen of Apexnewsgh.com whether he was really serious with his pronouncement, Mr. Obiri Boahen responded by saying, “…i have been saying it long ago and I mean it. I have been saying that at this age if the destiny of this nation is to rotate into the hands of these reckless, unreliable, visionless, and clueless politicians then, I deserve to go to the grave, I deserve to meet with my maker than to be with these people. Watching Manchester United And PSG Is Better For Me Than Responding To NDC- Obiri Boahen

The Deputy National Secretary of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Obiri Boahen has said that he prefers watching the match between Manchester United (ManU) and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) than responding to the manifesto amendment of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Mr. Obiri Boahen told Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen of Apexnewsgh.com in exclusive interview on December 2, 2020. The National Democratic Congress (NDC) on Tuesday, December 1 announced an amendment to their manifesto and has since promised to absorb the fees of students who will be admitted to the various tertiary institutions across the country in the next academic year. According to Mr. Obiri Boahen, “NDC manifesto amendment is a clear indication of a bunch of politicians who don’t read through whatever they present to Ghanaians. They are confused from the flag bearer to their constituency office, they are all confused. I have never heard throughout my life as a politician, I have never heard of an instance where you can amend your party Manifesto, I mean you don’t do an amendment to party Manifesto, assuming that is even practicable, it will come when they are implementing the Manifesto but not when you are in opposition, you have not had the opportunity to be in power and you are yet to go into elections, then you come out to amending portions of your manifesto. That is irresponsible tactics.” “The NPP has never done such thing in the party history, as for NDC is a novelty. Do I even need to waste my time with such discredited and unreliable politicians when in the next hours or minutes I will be ‘watching Manchester United and PSG’, I don’t need to be wasting my time on them.” He stressed Apexnewsgh.com/Ghana/ Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen Please forward your stories to Apexnewsgh.com on email apexnewsgh@gmail.com for your credible news publications

NPP government couldn’t appoint ‘Minister of Corruption-Stephen Atubiga

A member of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Stephen Atubiga has described NPP 4 years in office as 4 years of unprecedented stealing, robbery, clearing corruption, endorsing corruption, adding that the only thing this government hasn’t done is to appoint a Minister of Corruption. According to Mr. Atubiga who spoke to Apexnewsgh.com on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, said if the New Patriotic Party had appointed a Minister of corruption in their government, Ghanaians would have known that they have officially legalized it and corruption has come to stay. “…the 4 years of unprecedented stealing, robbery, clearing corruption, endorsing corruption and the only thing this government hasn’t done is to appoint a Minister of Corruption, if they had done that, we know that they have officially legalized it and corruption has come to stay. If you look at the hardship in the country, people were not able to put 3 square meals a day, if you are Ofori Atta-Addo Dankwa, it means you don’t have a job.” He stressed Mr. Atubiga who spoke to Apexnewsgh.com from his hometown in Binduri Constituency of the Upper East Region told Apexnewsgh.com that NDC is the only alternative that the people of Ghana need at the moment to rescue them from their current hardship. “NDC is the only rescue party right now, the only alternative that the people of Ghana have. This election is bigger than just NDC, this is a rescue mission that Ghanaians are trying to rescue this country from the hands of the incompetent, Sakawa government under the leadership of serpent President Nana Addo and we think that quoted from his own special prosecutor. This election, is like a coup de ta civilians are taking their country back, in other words, Civil coup de ta, people are going to exercise their right in taking the country back which is been held in ransom.” “Ghanaians have seen the leadership of His excellency John Dramani Mahama and the leadership of the NPP and they think, they were better off under His Excellency John Dramani Mahama that the best thing they say is sorry for voting him out is given him the node this time around to lead this country.” He spoke Apexnewsgh.com/ Ghana Please contact Apexnewsgh.com on email apexnewsgh@gmail.com for your credible news publications
