UER: “I gave Wilson Dabuo a brand new motorbike, I gave him a phone and pay his debts–Sanusi Issah

The Upper East Communication Director of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) Sanusi Issah has refuted the accusation and allegation made against him by one Wilson Dabuo a former member of the Regional Communication team, says Wilson Dabuo benefitted a lots from his leadership. Apexnewsgh.com reports Mr. Dabuo had earlier accused and described Mr. Sanusi Issah as a weakling leader who could not fight for the interest of communicators in the region. He later accused Mr. Sanusi of collaborating with the Regional Chairman to change the original brand of phones donated to communicators by the Buffer stock CEO in 2020. “…the fact is that, as a Director in charge of communication of the region, you are part of the executive, it is a fact that the constitution mandates the executive to appoint but, the appointment of the regional director of communication comes with the support base of communicators, we supported him thinking that he would have come in to be a man of himself but he is shown, he is a weakling and could not fight for the interest of communicators in the region. And so, he is been manipulated here and there and used to do things that go a long way to affecting the motivation level of communication in the region. Mr. Dabuo said. Meanwhile, when Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen of Apexnewsgh.com seeks the response of the accused in the person of Sanusi Issah, the Upper East Communication Director of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) he said, the whole thing started after he took Wilson Dabuo out from the Regional Party Communication platform. He refuted the accusation against him as the NPP Regional Director of Communication as he stressed, that is only God that will be the judge between himself and the former regional communication member Wilson Dabuo “Is only God that will intervene between myself and him, only God knows what I have done for him as an individual and as a member of the communication team. I gave him a brand new motorbike, I paid his debts, I gave monies for him to repair his car. “Now what is the issue?. You are no longer here in the region, when he made a certain comment, i told him, I want him to stay away for a while and i will see what i can do and immediately, he came and informed me he had a job at Winneba that he will be packing to Winneba. So, if you are living at Winneba, what business do you have as a communicator in the Upper East Region? Even in Winneba he texted me that I can still help him with some coins if I have, with some words like ‘hard-working Director’ bla bla. “I took him out of the communication platform and he gave me a message to explain why I took him off and I was even about to tell him, because he is no longer in the region and because that has been the situation for any communicator outside the region Bediako was even a founding member of the communication team in the region and was removed from the platform, Salahudeen we took him out of the platform, Inusah and co were removed. So, why will (WILSON) own be different? He questioned According to Mr. Sanusi, he will not reduce himself by engaging a character such as Wilson Dabuo who has benefitted a lot from him individually and as a Communication Director through his excess demanding skills and ungratefully decides to attack him in the media. He said Wilson Dabuo has a lifestyle of buying things on credit without making payments which will normally result in people following him up and down for their monies which he will never pay back and later (He) Sanusi end up paying the debts on his behalf. Responding to the allegation of not taking care of the communicators, Mr. Sanusi said he was not trained to be going around shouting the help he is rendering to colleague communicators which he Wilson Dabuo is a good example. “I gave Wilson a brand new motorbike, i gave him a phone, as for money I can’t even talk about it. He goes to patrol station to buy fuel and he won’t pay, there are people he still owes, so why will i be worried about such a character”. he asked Apexnewsgh.com/Ghana/Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen Please contact Apexnewsgh.com on email apexnewsgh@gmail.com for your credible news publications. UER:NPP Communication Director accused and described as weakling leader by Wilson Dabuo

The Upper East Regional Communication Director of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) Sanusi Issah has been hit with accusation as a weakling leader who does not care for the welfare of members of the communication team in the region by one Wilson Dabuo a former member of the Upper East Regional communication team. Apexnewsgh.com reports According to the former NPP Upper East Regional Communication team member Wilson Dabuo, as far as handling affairs of communicators is concerned, Mr. Sanusi Issah the party Regional Communication Director hasn’t shown leadership, he hasn’t shown that kind of motivation or even to stand up for his colleague communicators. Mr. Dabuo made the alleged accusation and allegation during an interview with Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen of Apexnews Ghana on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. He said “…the least you talk about Sanusi the Upper East Regional Director of Communication the better. He is one person that has actually disappointed everybody as far as handling affairs of communicators is concerned, he hasn’t shown leadership, he hasn’t shown that kind of strength and motivation, he hasn’t shown any level of leadership that where there is a need for him to stand up for his colleague communicators. He is not doing such a thing. It is weakening to actually mention his name as a Director”. “The fact is that, as a Director in charge of communication of the region, you are part of the executive, it is a fact that the constitution mandates the executive to appoint but, the appointment of the regional director of communication comes with the support base of communicators, we supported him thinking that he would have come in to be a man of himself but he is shown, he is a weakling and could not actually fight for the interest of communicators in the region. And so, he is been manipulated here and there and used to do things that go a long way to affecting the motivation level of communication in the region. He stated And I tell you that in his tenure as Director, communicators only appear on radio to talk just because they love the party, but if is to actually take the consideration they received from Sanusi, they will not actually go for a radio programme and I tell you on record. So, it still remains, as usual, sacrificing for your party. For how long is our communicators going to be sacrificing for our party that is in power and we are not getting anything out of it?” Mr. Dabuo further accused the Upper Regional of the governing NPP Chairman Anthony Namoo and the Regional Communication Director Sanusi Issah of changing the phones brand that was donated by the buffer stock CEO to the communicators somewhere in 2020 within 24hrs at Blue Sky Hotel. “This Director is weak and he is in bed with the regional executive particularly the Chairman and when anything that comes… you remember an issue with some phones that were given to communicators? The phone came and the brand got changed who did that Anthony Namoo collaborated with the Regional Director of Communication and they did that, I tell you. Because we were aware of the brand that came, within 24hrs from the source where the phones were delivered at that particular spot at Blues Hotel the brand of the phones got changed to something that could not last a month. And, I can tell you that those who benefited from those phones will tell you that the phones didn’t last for two weeks. Meanwhile, the very person that brought the phone also gave them the executives the same brand. So, how come the communicators were not able to get the exact brand that was given, how come? In a very strange manner, communicators had their own changed. “But because we were in an election year, nobody wanted to talk and we silent it like that but the communicator lives in pain with such experiences. If you had leadership who would stand for the ordinary people that he is serving, I do not think these things should be happening and among the communicators in the Upper East Region”. He stressed Mr. Dabuo further told Apexnewsgh.com that there are so many things that are happening and yet people cannot talk because when they talk, leadership will silent them and treat them badly. 2020 polls: ‘We didn’t go to court over pink sheets’ – Former NDC MP

A former Member of Parliament for Builsa North on the ticket of the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Timothy Ataboadey Awontiirim, has said former President John Mahama’s election petition was not over pink sheets. He said they went to court purposely to stop a constitutional abuse of the electoral process. “We [NDC] didn’t go to court because of pink sheets; we went to court to challenge a constitutional abuse – the fact that the Constitution said that you must get 50 per cent plus one before you are declared the president without which it is tantamount to a usurpation of the people’s power; it’s a coup d’état”, Mr Awontiirim told Nana Yaw Adwenpa on CTV’s morning show Anopa Dwabremu on Wednesday, 27 October 2021. He said “per our calculation, the president did not get the required 50 per cent plus one and we also fell short of that so that was why we went to the court”. “We didn’t go to the court to prove our pink sheets; it wasn’t a ‘pink sheets’ case”, he stressed. “People should get this clear once and for all”, he said. The former lawmaker emphasised: “We went to the court to challenge a constitutional abuse and the abuse was that the Constitution says that before the president can be declared winner of the presidential election, he must get 50 per cent plus one of the votes. That was why we went to court”. “Our General Secretary sorted out those papers just for an example of the fact that they did not get 50 per cent plus one”. “That was even why Tsatsu Tsikata asked: ‘Where was Jean Mensa three hours to the declaration of the results?’ She was not found at the Electoral Commission; where was she?” The Supreme Court upheld the EC’s declaration of President Nana Akufo-Addo as the winner of the 2020 presidential election at the hearing of the petition. —classfmonline
Archbishop of Canterbury reminds Anglican Church of Ghana their 1998 commitment on…

The Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Revd Justin Welby has told the Anglican Church of Ghana that the global Anglican Communion is committed to upholding both the traditional teaching on marriage as laid out in the 1998 Lambeth Conference Resolution I:10 and the rights of every person, regardless of sexual orientation, before the law. The UK Anglican Bishops are not satisfied with the decision by the Anglican Church in Ghana to support the anti-gay bill which is currently in Ghana parliament. The majority of the churches in Ghana, including the House of Bishops of the Anglican Church of Ghana is endorsing the passage of the Bill against LGBTQI+ According to them, the practice of same sex is not only unbiblical but also evil. Below is the full statement: Archbishop of Canterbury’s statement on Ghana’s anti-LGBTQ+ Bill 26/10/2021 The Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Revd Justin Welby, said today: “I am gravely concerned by the draft anti-LGBTQ+ Bill due to be debated by the Ghanaian parliament. I will be speaking with the Archbishop of Ghana in the coming days to discuss the Anglican Church of Ghana’s response to the Bill. “The majority of Anglicans within the global Anglican Communion are committed to upholding both the traditional teaching on marriage as laid out in the 1998 Lambeth Conference Resolution I:10, and the rights of every person, regardless of sexual orientation, before the law. In Resolution I:10, the Anglican Communion also made a commitment “to assure [LGBTQ+ people] that they are loved by God and that all baptised, believing and faithful persons, regardless of sexual orientation, are full members of the Body of Christ.” Meanwhile on numerous occasions the Primates of the Anglican Communion have stated their opposition to the criminalisation of same-sex attracted people: most recently, and unanimously, in the communiqué of the 2016 Primates’ Meeting. “I remind our brothers and sisters in the Anglican Church of Ghana of these commitments. “We are a global family of churches, but the mission of the church is the same in every culture and country: to demonstrate, through its actions and words, God’s offer of unconditional love to every human being through Jesus Christ.” Notes: 1. ‘Tweaa’ there is no power in the bible; it only contains history – Osofo Kyiri Abosom

Ghanaian priest and politician, Christian Kwabena Andrews, popularly known as Osofo Kyiri Abosom says the Holy Bible is just any ordinary book. He claims there is no power in the bible. According to the 2020 presidential candidate for Ghana Union Movement (GUM), a lot of things happened in the early days but only a few was recorded and written for historical reference in the bible. Speaking to Hello FM, Osofo Kyiri Abosom said the bible has no power and is only there to guide those that believe in it. “I believe in the soul of me. It is the spirit in me that works. What is in us is what works. Right now God is using our dreams to work and not something that has happened in the past. Everything in the bible is just something that happened in the past. End of story. There is no power in it. “We refer to the things in the bible but it has no power,” Osofo Kyiri Abosom said. Meanwhile, Christian Kwabena Andrews who is the Founder and General Overseer of Life Assembly Worship Centre said one wife one husband is nowhere found in the Bible. He shares the belief that a man can marry more than one woman.
