UER- NDC Reg Election: Fawzia Abagnamah Yakubu declared her intention to contest Women Organizer’s position
The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) will be going into an internal election to elect Regional Executives who will be leading them to recapture power from the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the 2024 general elections.
Meanwhile, one of the influential party members of the NDC in the region who has declared her intention to contest the Regional Women Organizer’s position is Madam Fawzia Abagnamah Yakubu a woman who believes that proactive and strategic women leadership is key to the victory of the NDC in 2024.
Even though, the campaign has not started, the poster of intent declaration sighted by Apexnewsgh.com says: “In my quest to contribute my quota to the realization of victory 2024 and agenda 15/15 in the Upper East Region, after wide consultations, I have decided to pick nomination forms to contest for the position of Upper East Regional Women Organizer”
