The Upper East Regional Women Wing of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), led by Madam Fawzia Abagnamah Yakubu, has made a significant contribution to support the 2024 Electoral Commission (EC) registration exercise. Apexnewsgh reports
The women’s wing has donated 300 cartons of soft drinks to all 15 constituencies in the region to aid party members during the registration process.
According to Madam Fawzia, the Upper East Women’s Organizer, the soft drinks were distributed to the various constituencies through the constituency Women’s Organizers. This gesture is aimed at supporting party members who are working tirelessly to ensure a successful registration exercise.
Madam Fawzia believes that this support from the women’s wing will go a long way in assisting party members during this critical period. She emphasized the importance of the registration exercise and the need for the party to mobilize its members to participate fully.
