The Member of Parliament for Bosomtwe Constituency and former Minister for Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, has shared his vision for prioritizing local talent development in Ghana.

Given the opportunity, Dr. Adutwum plans to deploy 400 engineers to each constituency, sourced and trained from within their own communities.
