Alan Kyerematen’s Movement for Change, an independent presidential campaign, received a massive boost as over 300,000 individuals, including youth and women groups, joined their Afrafranto walk in Kumasi, Ashanti Region.
This event, led by Mr Kyerematen himself, marked a significant shift in support towards his cause, especially with notable figures like Sister Afia, Twene Jonas, and Oliver Khan ‘the ship dealer’ participating in the march.
With Mr Kyerematen’s extensive experience in Ghana’s Trade and Industry Ministry, his decision to break away from the New Patriotic Party and establish the Movement for Change was seen as a landmark moment in Ghana’s political landscape.
This successful event adds to a series of similar gatherings held by the movement across some few various regions in the country.
