During his campaign engagement in Sumbrungu of the Bolgatanga Central in the Upper East Region, Mr. Asiedu Nketiah praised Adongo and other Upper East MPs as highly distinguished in Ghana’s Parliament.
Asiedu Nketiah cautioned the constituents not to be swayed by the governing New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) attempts to buy their votes. “When the NPP brings money, take it because it’s your money,” he emphasized. This message resonated with party supporters in the Sumbrungu area, who were thrilled to hear from their national chairman.
Asiedu Nketiah’s endorsement of Adongo underscores the NDC’s confidence in their MPs’ abilities to deliver for their constituents. With the 2024 elections looming, the NDC is intensifying its campaign efforts to retain key seats like Bolgatanga Central.
