John Dramani Mahama set to tour Upper East Tomorrow

Former President and NDC flagbearer, John Mahama, is set to embark on a four-day tour of the Upper East Region, starting Saturday, August 3, 2024. Apexnewsgh reports

This visit aims to reconnect with party faithful and prospective voters in all 15 constituencies in the region.

According to Upper East Regional Communication Officer, Jonathan Abdallah Salifu who spoke to Apexnewsgh, Mahama’s tour will begin in the eastern bloc, where he will pay courtesy calls on traditional leaders and hold rallies in various constituencies. The first day’s activities will include a visit to the Bawku Naba, a rally in Bawku, and a stop in Pusiga, where he will meet with the Pusiga Naba and engage in activities.

Over the next few days, Mahama will visit Binduri, Zebilla, Nabdam, Bolgatanga East, Chiana-Paga, Navrongo Central, Talensi, Bongo, and the Builsa South and North Constituencies.

This extensive tour demonstrates Mahama’s commitment to connecting with the people and garnering support for his presidential bid.

The Regional Communication Officer urged party faithful to rally behind Mahama and make the tour a success, emphasizing the importance of unity and solidarity in the lead-up to the elections. As Mahama embarks on this journey, he hopes to win the hearts and minds of the people, and ultimately, their votes.
