MMDCs: Six out of Fifteen maintained in Upper East Region

President of the Republic of Ghana Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has nominated 6 MMDCEs who were appointed in his first administration in the Upper East Region.

This means, out of 15 Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in the Upper East Region, six are old faces and nine are new faces.

The old faces are; Paul Azumah Abugri of Tempani District, Zubeiru Abdualai of Pusiga District, Agnes Anamoo of Nabdam District, Gerard Ataogye of Kessena Nankana West District, Daniel Kwame Gariba of Builsa South District, Ayinga Abagri Yakubu of Binduri District.
