In a bid to strengthen party unity ahead of the December 7 election, a team of National Democratic Congress (NDC) MPs, led by Hon. Edward Abambire Bawa (Bongo Constituency), has successfully carried out reconciliation activities in several constituencies within the Upper East Region. Apexnewsgh reports

The team, which included Hon. Nii Lante Vanderpuye (Odododiodio Constituency), Hon. Sampson Tangombu Chiragia (Navrongo Central Constituency), and Hon. Kofi Adams (Buem Constituency), worked tirelessly to resolve issues in Navrongo Central, Zebilla, Binduri, and Bongo constituencies. The Bongo Constituency’s reconciliation efforts focused on a registration exercise, which was successfully resolved.

Supported by Upper East Regional Women Organizer Fawzia Yakubu and Regional Deputy Organizer John Nyaaba, the MPs engaged in a thorough reconciliation process, following a series of similar initiatives by Regional Executives, Party National Chairman Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, and National Organizer.

Emphasizing the importance of togetherness, Regional Women Organizer Fawzia Yakubu urged all well-meaning party members to unite, stressing that unity is crucial for NDC’s victory in the upcoming election.

She believes with this renewed commitment to unity, the NDC is poised for a strong showing in the Upper East Region.
