#Nigeria Decides: Labour Party raises alarm over INEC’s alleged refusal to upload results

The Obi-Datti media department has raised the alarm over what it alleged is an dishonest move to manipulate the Presidential Election results across the country following the refusal of officials of the INEC to upload much of the presidential election results to the INEC server at the polling stations. This was contained in a statement signed by the Head, Obi-Datti Media Office, Diran Onifade, in Abuja, on Saturday According him, “It is curious, unacceptable, and smacks of fraud that the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BIVAS) device could nobly transmit the Senate and House of Representatives results, but cannot do that of the Presidential election. “The Obi-Datti Media Office finds it curious that the BVAS would choose which results to upload and which not to upload. Certainly, this smacks of a serious fraud aimed to torpedo the wishes of the Nigerian electorate who have already decided that things can no longer continue to go wrong in Nigeria, using the ballot box to do so. “The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), should be held responsible for this flagrant anomaly that defies logic, as the Obi-Datti Media Office finds what is developing as a recipe to manipulate the process and truncate the electoral wishes of the Nigerian masses. “We also find unbecoming, the reported interference of the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike. We call on all relevant bodies to do the needful and prevent the Governor from meddling in the electoral process. “We wish to state categorically that the Obi-Datti Media Office will not accept any presidential election result that is not in tandem with the results issued at the polling units, copies of which we already have. “We are calling the attention of local and international observers and other stakeholders, to this unfortunate and orchestrated anomaly. Please call INEC to order.“

See how party Presidential Candidates morn the death of Emir Nuhu Muhammad-Sanusi

Presidential Candidates of various political parties in Nigeria have sent their condolences to the family of the late Emir of Dutse in Jigawa State, Nuhu Muhammad-Sanusi. The Emir of Dutse in Jigawa State, Nuhu Muhammad-Sanusi, is dead. The emir died today, January 31 afternoon at the age of 79 at an undisclosed hospital in Abuja. The late emir is one of the five first-class emirs in Jigawa State. He served for 28 years as the Emir of Dutse. He succeeded his late father, Muhammadu Sanusi Dan Bello, who ruled between 1983 and 1995. The late monarch was one of Northern Nigeria’s modernizing leaders. Before his death, the Emir was the Chancellor of Sokoto State University. He was considered as an exemplary leader in the global quest for a sustainable living environment, and a lead advocate for afforestation and the green ecosystem. In a message of condolence, issued by his spokesman, Garba Shehu, President Muhammadu Buhari said the late Dr. Nuhu Muhammadu Sanusi, was recognized as one of Northern Nigeria’s modernizing leaders. Buhari said that the late Emir was an exemplary leader in the global quest for a sustainable living environment and a led advocate for afforestation and the green ecosystem. The President noted that the late Emir’s official biography equally puts him up as an advocate of the mitigation of climate change, prompting him to build the Dutse Royal Golf Course which is reputed to be one of the largest in Nigeria with lush vegetation, exotic flora and rare fauna. ‘‘He was instrumental to the progress Dutse had achieved in the last three decades under his watch. He was a grassroots person who was loved by all.” The President then condoled the Dutse Emirate, the government, and the people of Jigawa State over the sad loss. The Federal Military Government under Ibrahim Babangida created Jigawa State on 27 August 1991, and Dutse became the capital city of the new state. This development gave birth to Dutse Emirate on 13th November 1991 with the upgrade of the district head as a first-class emir. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Suspends Nephew for Supporting Bola Ahmed Tinubu

President of Christ Embassy Church Worldwide, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has suspends his nephew, Daysman Oyakhilome, for endorsing the All Progressive Congress (APC) Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Apexnewsgh.com report The Nigeria 2023 election is around the corner and any good reasoning Nigerian and Nigerians have asked God to give us a leader who would save Nigeria from sinking. So far, even though some other candidates are contesting the 2023 election position, only three main candidates are well known in the contest. Peter Obi of Labour Party (LP), Atiku Abubakar of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of All Progressive Congress (APC). However, so far, is evident that Nigerians want a change of government because of a lot of factors ranging from insecurity, devaluing of Nigerian to a dollar, and hardship bedeviling the ordinary Nigerian. However, Peter Obi is ahead of the two other candidates. Is no surprise that Chris Oyakhilome suspended his nephew for supporting the APC government because every well-meaning Nigerian who wants to see a new Nigeria is praying for Peter Obi to be the next Nigeria President.
