Adongo confirmed donating GHc 500,000 to the party, clarifying that the funds came from his relationships with businessmen who support his candidate, John Mahama (JM). Hon. Adongo explained that he rallied support from willing backers to contribute to the fundraising effort, amounting to GHc 500,000. “Yes, I raised it and went and use it. It is not money coming from my pocket, I have relationships that are willing to support me and I told them I need money to go and support my candidate.
