The Upper East Regional Deputy Communication of the Opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Sunday Casper has advised freshers of Bolgatanga Midwifery Training College to look for anything they can say to make Akufo-Addo and Bawumia look so bad in the eyes of their patients. The Regional Deputy Communication Officer gave them this advice when addressing the newly inducted students of the BMTC TEIN members on Saturday, October 1, 2022.“As you are attending to a patient at the hospital, if there is anything you can say that will make Akufo-Addo and Bawumia look so bad in the eyes of that patient, you must do it. You don’t have to come and sit on the radio as NDC Communicator to campaign for NDC “NO”, the campaign is in the wards, the campaign is at the theater, everywhere you are, there is politics going on there”. “You have received only 8 months, how many of your parents, how many of your relatives, how have you told this story to your community? The allowance Bawumia and the NPP are talking about on the radio is a sham, you don’t tell your story. Abraham Lincoln says, Public sentiments is everything when you have it nothing fails, if don’t have nothing succeeds. We need to mold people’s sentiment in our favor that the NDC is a better part than the NPP. If you are able to do that from now to 2024 victory will be assured for us”. However, he further encouraged the TEIN members at Bolgatanaga Midwifery Training College to tell their story “You must tell your story that you are not paid an allowance. Bawumia says we have restored allowance they have paid teacher trainee allowance, nursing trainee allowance every now and then, even when you are not been paid. So the point we are making here is, politics is everywhere”. “The action to remove the incompetent Nana Addo- Bawumia government is now”– Abraham Lambon
The Upper East Regional Youth Organizer of the Opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Abraham Azumah Lambon has tasked fresh students of Bolgatanga Midwifery Training College to initiate action that will contribute to the removal of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the 2024 general elections. “For the action to remove the incompetent Nana Addo- Bawumia government is not in 2024, is now. And you must take good initiatives now, so that in 2024 our victory will be assured hundred percent”. He said. The Regional Youth Organizer made the appeal when addressing the newly inducted students of the BMTC TEIN members on Saturday, October 1, 2022. Engaging the members of the intellectual wing of the party, he said: “It is our responsibility that, when we leave here, as role models in our communities we need to emphasize the importance of NDC to our people in the communities. I often tell students, that, when am advising you or when we are talking about 2024 that we need to win power, we are not talking about myself, we are not talking about Honorable Isaac Adongo, but we are talking about you, Honorable Isaac Adongo is already an MP, whether NDC wins power or not, he has achieved something in life. Honorable Bawa is an MP, whether NDC wins power or not, he has achieved something in his life”. “We are in a country, what matters is who you know and your network, because, we have a Senior Minister telling us that the public sector is a hundred percent full and there is a need to lay off workers and yet he went aside and created a position for his son as Deputy MD, went to National Communication Authority (NCA) created position for his second son Deputy MD, went and created Agypa that his son was supposed to be the Chief Executive Officer for fifteen years without change, and even if there is a change in government, what does this tell you? It tells you that, they don’t care about you, they don’t care about myself, they don’t care about the suffering of ordinary Ghanaians, but they only care about their family members”.
