UCC Applicants whose names were missing on the 2020/2021 UCC admission list can now visit the site back to check whether their names were restored or not to enable them to print out their admission letter. It was a public notice that most of the students who applied to do BACHELOR DEGREE IN EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY-DISTANCE and BACHELOR DEGREE IN EDUCATION received messages weeks ago to go and print out their admission letter. Nana Konadu stopped Rawlings from campaigning for Mahama – Former NDC aspirant alleges
Former Parliamentary Aspirant for Ningo-Prampram on the ticket of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kobby Mensah says the late President Rawlings was not a happy man in his own home. According to him, the founder of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Flt. Lt Jerry John Rawlings was not happy about the fact that he was not able to campaign for the party he established and sealed with his blood due to his wife’s [Konadu Agyemang Rawlings’] influence on him. Speaking on Okay FM’s ‘Ade Akye Abia’ Morning Show, Kobby Mensah, who doubles as a member of John Dramani Mahama’s campaign team, said he had wanted to canvass for votes for the NDC by campaigning in the Volta Region through to the Bono Region in October, but that failed to materialized. “Former President Rawlings was going to start campaigning for the NDC in October. He was not happy about what was going on and he made his mind to campaign for John Mahama . . . he was prevented from campaigning. The woman in his life prevented him from campaigning for John Mahama,” he claimed. “The man was not happy at all for not campaigning for John Mahama and the NDC. He wanted to campaign but he was prevented by his wife . . . you know the mystery in marriage . . . Rawlings was facing a lot of problems with his wife because he loved the NDC and those who are closed to the man know this fact,” he asserted. The former NDC Parliamentary Aspirant again claimed that the bereaved former first lady, Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings prevented her late husband from campaigning for the NDC because she is in bed with President Akufo-Addo and the Chief of Staff, Akosua Frema Osei Opare. “The woman [Konadu Agyemang] is in good relationship with Akufo-Addo and the Chief of Staff and the Chief of Staff is always in the house of Rawlings. At a point in time, they made it look like they love Rawlings more than those of us in NDC,” he mentioned. Saudi giants Al-Ahli ready to pay $50m to sign Andre Ayew from Swansea City

Man locks up wife for four years, impregnates her thrice
The Delta State Police Command has arrested a man for caging his wife in a room for four years and subjecting her to dehumanising conditions. The suspect allegedly impregnated her three times while she was in bondage at their home in the Orerokpe area of Delta State. The husband, who has eight children with the victim, was said to have fed her with only bread throughout her time in bondage and she was not allowed to shower or use the restroom However, the bubble burst when some concerned citizens reported the matter to Behind Bars Defenders Foundation, which took up the matter. The Director-General of the foundation, Harrison Gwamnishu, told PUNCH Metro that the suspect, who holds an OND, accused his wife of being behind his financial woes. The activist told our correspondent that it remained curious how the victim was able to give birth to three babies while in bondage. Gwamnishu said, “We got tagged via Facebook and we responded. Behind Bars intelligence team from Warri office first visited Orerokpe and verified the story. “She spent the last four years of her life locked up by her supposed husband. She was peeing and defecating in the same room where he fed her bread. Not the regular sweetened bread though.
