The people of Jirapa have witnessed the death and Former Inspector General of Police, Peter Nanfuri.
Before his departure to his maker, He was the Paramount Chief of the Jirapa Traditional Area.
His stool name was Naa Ansoleh Ganaa II.
Peter Nanfuri was a former IGP from October 1, 1996 to January 21, 2001.
He died on Friday morning, February 17, 2023 at the age of 80
