Dr. Nicholas Zangina Naani, a member of the Upper East Regional Communication Team of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has made a significant donation to the party’s regional office. Apexnewsgh reports
During a formal handover ceremony, Dr. Nicholas presented 16 assorted brand laptops to support the party’s agenda for the 2024 election.
Dr. Nicholas emphasized the importance of collective efforts, stating, “Election cannot be won without teamwork and physical resources. It is the duty of every party member to contribute in their small way by providing logistics.” He added, “We can only achieve our goals if we put our collective efforts and resources together. Without that, we can dream all we want, but we cannot achieve what we want in the upcoming election.”
When asked if the donation was a strategy to gain favor with the party, Dr. Nicholas clarified that the donation was born out of his generosity and social responsibility to the party, and he expects nothing in return.
The Upper East Regional Chairman, Alhaji Abdulai Mumumi Bolnaba, expressed gratitude to Dr. Nicholas for his generous donation, assuring him that his contribution would not be forgotten.
The regional chairman also jokingly asked Dr. Nicholas to convince his friends to extend their hands of donation to the party as they prepare for the 2024 election.
