In a Facebook live session on Saturday, July 13, 2024, A-Plus asserted that he knows the identities of those responsible for Ahmed Suale’s murder and expressed his willingness to cooperate with authorities. The police have officially reached out to the independent parliamentary candidate for Gomoa Central to explore his claims.
The Police Service highlighted the efforts of the Cold Case Unit, established in October 2021 under the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), to tackle such cases. The unit has been diligently investigating the case while maintaining close communication with the deceased journalist’s family.
The Police Service welcomes A-Plus’s indication that he has information to assist the ongoing investigation and has invited him to share his knowledge. This development brings new hope to the case, and the public eagerly awaits any breakthroughs in the pursuit of justice for Ahmed Suale.
