A passerby innocent Mahama cando rider was shot dead in Bawku near O.A terminal in Sabongari as another was hit with a bullet in his stomach.
Source told Apexnewsgh.com that a site to position a container store has resulted in the killing of an innocent tricycle rider popularly known as Mahama Cando after a bullet shot hits his forehead by the two parties involved in the land dispute who removed guns after a heated argument and started shooting indiscriminately.
The victim whose name was given as Mohammed immediately was rushed to the Presbyterian Hospital but unfortunately, with all the efforts put in place by the doctor in charge to save his life, he could not make it and was later confirmed dead.
Meanwhile the other victim who sustained a bullet shot on his stomach was also rushed to hospital and he is currently responding to treatment.
However, source says, police are making effort to effect some arrests.
