Upper East Regional Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Salahu-deen Mush Al-khomeini, has rallied support for the re-election of Hon. Abdulai Abanga as Member of Parliament for the Binduri Constituency and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as President in the 2024 general elections. Apexnewsgh reports
At a press conference, Al-khomeini highlighted Hon. Abanga’s numerous achievements in healthcare, education, economic empowerment, roads and infrastructure, water and sanitation, youth and sports, rural electrification, security, and agriculture.
Some notable projects include the construction of ultra-modern health facilities, schools, markets, and roads, as well as the provision of scholarships, employment opportunities, and support for farmers and religious communities.
The Regional Organizer emphasized that Hon. Abanga’s retention in Parliament and Dr. Bawumia’s election as President would further develop the Binduri Constituency and the Upper East Region, urging all to support them in the 2024 elections.
Hon. Abanga’s achievements include:
Construction of healthcare facilities, including CHPS compounds and district hospitals
Provision of hospital equipment and medical supplies
Construction of schools and provision of educational materials
Support for economic empowerment and income-generating activities
Construction of roads and infrastructure development
Provision of water and sanitation facilities
Support for youth and sports development
Rural electrification and connection of communities to the national grid
Support for security and agriculture
The Regional Youth Wing of the NPP believes that Hon. Abanga and Dr. Bawumia have proven themselves as leaders who bring development and progress, and therefore deserve to be retained in office.
