Delegates of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) are set to cash out big time in the upcoming November 4 election.
This came as a result of secret information revealed by one of the flagbearer hopefuls Mr. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong during an engagement with A1radio monitored by Apexnewsgh.com on Monday, October 16, 2023.
According to Mr. Agyapong, the Saturday, August 26, 2023, Super Delegates Conference election saw a lot of delegates receiving as higher as Ghc 100,000.00 to Ghc 150,000.00, brand new pickups, and even some constituency chairmen in Ashanti got parado, and some chairmen in Central region got Navara pickup brand new.
“So, how much? Now am telling the delegates that, is becoming expensive, even coming here alone before I came for the 3 northern regions Ghc 6milion for the 3 regions Upper east, North and North East cost me Ghc 6 million”.
Mr. Agyapong is currently in the Upper East Region to engage delegates ahead of the November 4 party presidential election.
