Mrs. Millar’s passion for education led her to pursue further studies at the Tamale Polytechnic, where she completed her catering courses in 1982 and 1987. Her academic achievements paved the way for her employment with the Ghana Education Service, and she was posted to the Bolgatanga Secondary School.
