NABCO TRAINEES ASSOCIATION OF GHANA – NABTAG

Hello fellow CPTP Trainees,

END OF YEAR NOTICE:
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
It is rather unfortunate and disappointing that we still have to expect our September to date stipends, especially in this festive season.

In our ‘extra time’ of the program, we never expected regrettable things like this to repeat itself. That notwithstanding, I can unequivocally say that management is equally worried about the situation and is doing everything possible to resolve the ensuing issues.

However, we CPTP Trainees cannot understand any reason(s) as to why our stipends are not paid. This is the season we were all looking forward to — to enjoy the Christmas with our family but only to be faced with this unexpected situation.

I understand the sentiments, frustrations and hardship that Colleague CPTP Trainees are going through.

I will as a leader, forget my pains and encourage my colleagues to keep fingers crossed as we anticipate payments for all eligible outstanding arrears.

Without mincing any words in registering my displeasure, we can all complain and criticize management. However, let’s use constructive approach in going about this. As the saying goes, “two wrongs doesn’t make a right”.

Permanent Employment and Appreciation updates pending

“Amidst this regretful circumstances, I will take the opportunity to wish all and sundry a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New year because once there is life, there is hope”

A NEW YEAR MESSAGE:
➖➖〰️〰️〰️➖➖➖〰️〰️
“Every great story on the planet happened when one decided not to give up, but kept going no matter what”.

“So always find a reason to laugh. It may not add years to our life but will surely add life to our years as today is an opportunity to get better”.

“Don’t waste it because failure will never overtake us if our determination to succeed is strong enough”.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR FOR OUR HARDWORKING THROUGH OUT THIS YEAR 🥂🎂🍾
