Alhaji Adia Imran Tanko, the Regional Patron of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Zongo Caucus Coordinator, has made a generous gesture by donating 1000 T-shirts to support the Zongo communities. Apexnewsgh reports
The donation was presented at the Regional party office by Bawa Zakaria Abdallah, also known as Prof Zak, on behalf of Alhaji Imran Tanko.
The Deputy Regional Organizer, John Nyaaba, received the donation and later handed it over to Salifu Alukuba, the Regional Zongo Caucus Coordinator.
Following same procedures, Nyaaba also handed 500 T-shirts to Aminu Shaibu, Bolga Central Zongo Coordinator, specifically for the Bolgatanga Central Parliamentary Candidate, Mr. Isaac Adongo, and the Zongo communities. The remaining 500 T-shirts were distributed among other constituencies.
Prof Zak expressed gratitude to Alhaji Imran Tanko, underscoring the significance of the donation in achieving the party’s victory agenda ahead of the December 7 election.
“We’re grateful and excited about this kind gesture, which will help mobilize our supporters,” he said. “We pray for Alhaji Imran Tanko’s long life and continued support for the party.”
The Deputy Regional Organizer who received the donation, further praised Alhaji Imran Tanko’s generosity and encouraged other party members to follow his example. Both Regional and Constituency Zongo Coordinators thanked Alhaji Imran Tanko and assured him of victory on December 7.
This donation exemplifies Alhaji Imran Tanko’s commitment to empowering Zongo communities and supporting the NDC’s electoral efforts.
