The incumbent Regional Communication Officer of the opposition National Democratic Party (NDC) in the Upper East Region Saeed Ahmed Tijani has declared his intention to retain his position as the Regional Party Communication Officer.
According to him, “When Moses Held Up His Hands, The Israelites Were Winning, But whenever Moses Lowered His Hands, The Amalekites Won”. Exodus 17:11.
Mr. Tijani believes: “The Battle Of 2024 Can Be Liken To The Israelites And The Amalekites.
I Have Been Your Moses On This Battle Before.

- Member Of The National Communication Team
- Dep. Regional Propaganda Secretary
- Regional Communication Officer

He said: “It Will Be A Great Disservice To Lower My Hands For The Amalekites (NPP) To Win This Battle.
Under my Able Leadership, Effective Communication Was Achieved With More Hands And Voices Onboard. During My Tenure, Many Talents Were Discovered And Opportunities Given Them To Blossom In The Communication Team In The Region”.
He further said, “Effective and Strategic Communication under My Stewardship Was What Led to Our Winning of 14 out Of 15 Constituencies in Parliamentary Elections”.
“We Are Poised To Win The Remaining One Seat To Complete Our Agenda 15/15”.
