JUST IN: 2020/2021 Colleges of Education Admission List to be released on Friday, 20th November 2020

The latest news reaching Honestynewsgh front desk from the News Desk of the Colleges of Education Weekly Journal can authoritatively report that the 2020/2021 Colleges of Education admission list for the 46 public Colleges of Education will be released on Friday, 20th November 2020. A circular intercepted by the News Desk indicates that the admission list for 1st choice applicants will be released on Friday, 20th November, 2020. The deadline for payment of Admission fees by 1st Choice Applicants is Friday, 4th December, 2020 The admission list for 2nd choice applicants will be released from Wednesday 9th – Friday 18th December, 2020. The deadline for payment of Admission fees by 2nd Choice Applicants is Monday, 21st December, 2020. Other supplementary lists can be displayed any time after 21st December, 2020 if the need be. The reopening date for Colleges of Education to commence the 2020/2021 academic year is yet to be determined. GES Releases Postings for only Colleges Of Education as University Graduates of DBE stays at home since 2017

As University graduates of Diploma holders in Basic Education still stays at home since 2016/ 2017 respectively Ghana Education Service has continuously employed trained teachers from the colleges of Education in active service. Apexnewsgh has convened through a press statement that the management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has released the postings of 2017/2018 colleges of education graduates. This follows after the Director-General of the Ghana Education Service earlier this month in an interview assured the general public and all educational stakeholders that postings of affected graduates who could not be posted during the normal postings due to uncertainties will be posted before the year ends. A press release signed by the Director of Human Resource at GES, Adwoa Van Vicker indicates that postings have been released for all 2017 and 2018 trained teachers from the various colleges of education with effect from 28 October 2020. All eligible Teachers are however advised or directed to take note of the following procedures to check their status: Log on to https://gespromotions.gov.gh to access your postings. Pay 10.00gh via MTN Mobile Money. Print Out your Posting details. Submit it to the Regional Education Office where you have been posted before reporting to your school not later than 15th November 2020.
