District Chief Executive (DCE) of the Tempane District in the Upper East Region Mr. Issaka Anabida has admonished BECE candidates in his district to be confident and not to entertain any form of fear during their BECE examination. Apexnewsgh.com reports
According to information available to Apexnewsgh.com, out of the total number of 22, 116, participating in the Examination, Male candidates are 10,586 whiles the female candidates are 11,530 a little higher with over 1,000.
The BECE started Monday, November 15, 2021, across the country.
Meanwhile, Mr. Anabida during his address to the BECE candidates assured them of President Akufo-Addo’s and his government’s readiness of absorbing them through the government policy of Free Senior High School (FSHS) after coming out with fly colors.
He also used the opportunity to remind candidates of the consequences of examination malpractices as he advised them to desist from any form of such illegal activity.
However, he also advised supervisors in the area to create an enabling environment for the candidates in order for them to give all their best.
The DCE visited two BECE centers Tempane SHS and Akara Basic school.
