According to Ayariga, the candidacy of Bawumia, a northerner, will make this election significantly tougher than the last 2020 election.
Ayariga emphasized that the previous election was against Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, who isn’t from the north.
However, with Bawumia in the running, the dynamics have changed. “We need to use double the force we used against Akufo-Addo to win against Bawumia,” Ayariga stressed, highlighting the increased challenge .
