Madam Ama-Kudom Agyemang, Executive Director of Media Platform on Environment and Climate Change (MPEC), has emphasized the media’s vital role in promoting Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) in Ghana. Apexnewsgh reports The well known environmental communicator made her emphasis during a joint workshop for the Ghana WASH Journalists Network (GWJN), Media Coalition Against Open Defecation (M-CODe), and journalists at Ada Aqua Safari Resort. Madam Agyemang, led a session on “Strategies for Effective WASH Journalism and Advocacy,” highlighting the media’s power to raise awareness and change attitudes and behaviors.
