In a fiery speech at the launch of the Party Youth Manifesto, Lawyer Opare Addo, National Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), launched a scathing attack on the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its leadership. Apexnewsgh reports

Addo declared that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and the NPP government have proven themselves untrustworthy and unfit to lead Ghana into the next year. He emphasized that the language of the youth is simple: they are frustrated, struggling, and losing hope.

The NDC Youth Organizer painted a vivid picture of a government that only cares about enriching itself, even if it means exploiting the future of the country’s youth. He cited examples of the government’s alleged corruption, including awarding a $34.7 million contract to Bawumia’s daughters and allocating the Achimota forest to friends and family.

Addo also condemned the NPP’s disrespect towards Ghana’s founding fathers, particularly Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, while trying to elevate their own ancestors as the forefront of Ghanaian politics.
