The Overall Best MTN Mobile Agent Chafel Communications was awarded a newly branded 2020 Toyota Rush, a four-wheel-drive sports utility vehicle (SUV), and a certificate of honor for his hard work. He extended his thanksgiving to MobileMoney Limited for the opportunity as he vowed to increase his level of energy toward business, especially in making sure he sees more opportunities with MTN. The significance of your contribution to curb the spread of COVID-19 cannot be overemphasized.” He said He further used the medium to encourage Agents, stakeholders, and customers to be vigilant in the fight against fraudsters especially at this time f the festive season. He however reminded customers of the Three Golden Rules which was meant to serve as a weapon in the fight against fraud. “Do Not disclose your pin; Do not let others transact on your behalf and Do Not discuss your wallet with any stranger”. He advised Mr. Faisal Ali, MoMo Implementation Manager for Eastern&Volta presents Digital TV set to a Merchant Meanwhile, A total of Agents numbering 150 and 100 Merchants from Oti, Volta, Eastern, and Accra received amazing prizes which include 49-inch flat-screen Televisions, Motor Bikes, Phones, and Tablets. Guests were also entertained with a live performance by Ghanaian highlife musician, Fameye. Some of the initiatives introduced by MTN MoMo to support the welfare of their Agents was an Insurance scheme aimed at ensuring Agents against unforeseen events that could be a hindrance to their lives and businesses. MoMo Agents will benefit from an insurance solution that includes a Life Cover, Death Benefit, Total Permanent Disability, and Critical Illness.
