Ibrahim Mutawakilu, the Upper East Regional Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has cautioned party members who may be recognized with positions not to forget the party’s struggles and turn their backs on others. Apexnewsgh reports
Mutawakilu issued this warning at a victory party organized by the regional youth wing, where members gathered to eat, drink, and celebrate their recent successes.
The Regional Organizer expressed his gratitude to everyone who contributed to the party’s achievement, stating, “From the regional chairman to the last branch executives, everybody deserves a big hand of applause.”
Ibrahim Mutawakilu, celebrated the party’s historic 15/15 victory in the region. “From the onset, we set agenda 15/15 for ourselves, we prayed for it, we worked for it and we had it,” Mutawakilu proudly declared.
He also seized the opportunity to remind those who may receive positions after January 7 to remain humble and not forget their colleagues. He warned that anyone seen behaving arrogantly would face consequences, as the party would not hesitate to take action.
This remarkable achievement was made possible by the collective efforts of party members, who worked tirelessly to ensure the NDC’s success.
The victory party was attended by prominent members of the party in the region, and Mutawakilu’s message served as a reminder of the importance of unity and humility within the party.
