JUST IN: NABCO Beneficiaries Worry No More About The Disappearance Of …..

The Director in charge of Business Research and Skills Development at the Head office of the Nation Builders Corps Mubarak Bowan in an exclusive interview has told Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen of Apexnewsgh.com, that the Ghana Card and Certificate was not meant to be seen after uploaded. Some of the beneficiaries who have successfully gone through their Career Pathway Registration but were unable to see their Ghana Card in view of their system, were worried because after they submitted their registration and was going through their system, they were not convinced. But According to Mr. Bowan, beneficiaries must not worry themselves struggling to see the Ghana Card in a physical form in front of their system, because that wasn’t how the system was programmed. He said once the Ghana Card space is captured ‘UPLOADED’ in their system, it is captured already but won’t be seen as they expect. “…because of the load, each photograph takes so much space. So, when you upload it and it is saved, when you opened again, you wouldn’t see the photograph the system takes it so that it frees up the space. So, both the Ghana Card and the Certificate once you upload them the system takes them, its only indicate that you have uploaded them. You don’t have to see it when you do that.” He explained However, he said majority of these NABCO beneficiaries who still didn’t understand the process, failed to honor the orientation which was organized by the District offices of Nation Builders Corps before the start of the Registration. JUST IN: Over 300,000 People on NABCO Career pathways portal is a factor for slow system

The Director in charge of, Business Research and Skills Development at the Nation Builders Corps Head Office Mubarak Bowan in an exclusive interview has told Apexnewsgh.com that the career pathways portal produced for NABCO beneficiaries across the country wasn’t fast as expected because over 300,000 people who are not trainees were trying hard to log in to see if they have access to the system with different motives. “…you must understand that is not only trainees who are trying to log in, there are over 300,000 people who are not trainees who are trying to log in to see if they can have access to the system. The motive is that someone who has finish National Service is not on NABCO but have heard that there is this portal that leads to permanent jobs and they are trying to see, is there a way I can move in. Others have heard of it; they are not NABCO trainees but they want to see how it looks like. Some have heard that the way it is structured for you to create your profile and CV, is according to an international standard, so they want to see if they can use it to also build their own profile. So, that is the second group of people and then you have a third group of people who are just hackers and those ones are not only from Ghana. So, we have identified an attempt to log into the system from the U.K, USA, China, Russia, and from the Middle East.” He told Apexnewsgh.com However, he admonished those perpetuating such act including hackers to stop, to enable beneficiaries, go through the registration process successfully without facing all these load challenges due to their unfortunate actions and inactions. “…but it is very simple, once you don’t have the identifiable access, you will not be able to log in. So, the pressure will continue a bit and fissile out, because people who will realize that once am not a NABCO trainee I cannot log in will stop. As for the hackers, we deal with them on a daily basis.” He concluded Apexnewsgh.com/Ghana/Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen Please contact Apexnewsgh.com on email apexnewsgh@gmail.com for your credible news publications
JUST IN: Important Information For All NABCO Beneficiaries Struggling With Career Pathways Portal

The Director in charge of Business Research and Skills Development at the Head office of the Nation Builders Corps Mubarak Bowan in an exclusive interview has told Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen of Apexnewsgh.com, that those complaining about their information’s are missing the system after been saved, must make sure they complete the mandatory space in each section. “Each section has a mandatory form, if you want to save a section and come back later, you must have completed all the mandatory space. If you don’t complete all the mandatary space and saved it, the system deems it as an incomplete section, and the next time you opened it, it brings out the whole thing for you to refill. So, you must fill the complete section and save it to come back later to proceed.” According to Mr. Bowan, some of the remedies in preventing the system from crashing is by putting in place a queue in control, so that once the system reaches its limits, it prevents additional people from putting a load on the system. “…every system is built with a capacity and limit, if you bridge the limit or the capacity, the system will crash. Some of the remedies in preventing the system from crashing is that, at the back end, we put a queue in control. So once the system reaches its limit, it prevents additional people from putting loads on the system. Let say, we have a 20,000 limit, and it reaches a 20, 000 limit if you want to log in, it will put you in a cue. So, that is why it delays your login in, immediately somebody drops out, it allows you to go in. So, every attempt is queued. So, the number of people who log out will create a space for those who want to log in. If you try to log in and the system is allowing you, what it means is that the system is congested.” However, he said even though they receive a lot of these complaints every day by day, thousands of people still have access to go through the process successfully. “…we keep receiving the complaints, but we have thousands of thousand that have completed the process. The other way is, take out the limit and the system will crash and no one has access to it, but that is not the way to go. So is a preventive measure to ensure that the system doesn’t crash.” He said Apexnewsgh.com/Ghana/Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen Please contact Apexnewsgh.com on email apexnewsgh@gmail.com for your credible news publications

JUST IN: NABCO career pathways portal is working accordingly, those complaining must make sure they use the correct site- Mubarak Bowan

The Director in charge of Business Research and Skills Development at the Head office of the Nation Builders Corps Mubarak Bowan in an exclusive interview told Apexnewsgh.com that the career pathways portal produced for NABCO beneficiaries across the country is working accordingly. Therefore, those complaining about the portal inactiveness must make sure they used the correct link. Because to him, since the portal was introduced to receive applications from Interested beneficiaries, there has not been any form of hitches so far. However, even though Mr. Bowan believes all is well with the portal, he said the load on the portal might be a contributing factor that can slow down the system. “First of all, you must get the correct link, we announced the opening of the portal, and quickly we are monitoring it. When we opened it that night, within 3 hours, we have over 400 people who already login, and we realized that the initial complaint was that people did not copy the link well. So, when you don’t copy the link well, it wouldn’t open. Then, the next day we received further complaints and I continue monitoring the system, there were 1400 people log in and when I was going to respond to the system, I went back to check and they were 1900 people log in when I finished typing the response, I went back to check and they were almost 17,000 on the platform. That is what normally happened to a server as the load increases, the server is built in such a way that, it is not allowed to crash. So, when the load gets to its maximum level, it will prevent others from adding to the load. So, when you are trying to log in, it wouldn’t log in and you will see that it will stay on and later say the site cannot be reached, and then, it takes you off. But As soon as some people logged off.” “So, the process is open till the 30th of November, it is not a two-day timeline, is not a one-day timeline, we calculated it and that is how come we gave 3 weeks.” “Continue to monitor it and you would see that daily as we go, the complaint of ‘I can’t log in’ will diminish, because already you have almost 20,000 people who are almost finishing the process, so it is the load but the connectivity is also important. There are some areas you have less than 3G networks and you may have to change a network to be able to do it or may have to move to a different location where the connectivity strength is better. It will open but is just that, it will take a long time to open.” http://www.careerpathways.nabco.gov.gh/ Meanwhile, the correct and accurate site to work with is the one above, to avoid any inconvenience.
