PRU EAST DISTRICT COORDINATOR AND RTCs RECEIVE APPRECIATION FOR THEIR HARD WORK
On the 6th of March, 2021, the Pru East NABTAG representative, Maaladi Cornelius Kuseg, invited the National President of NABTAG, Dennis Opoku Katakyie, to grace the occasion of appreciating the Pru East District NABCO Coordinator, Mr. Osman Abubakar, and his RTCs for their hard work towards the bigger objective of sustaining the NABCO scheme. In attendance of this exercise were the Pru East GES PRO, National President of NABTAG, Dennis Opoku Katakyie, some selected trainees, and the Pru East District RTCs; Williams Adjei, Issah Abdul-Maruf, and Isaac Bramuanyor. The Pru East G.E.S Public Relations Officer gave a speech on Maintaining Positive Attitude at the Workplace to remind trainees on building employable profiles at their respective places of work. The NABTAG Representative and trainees in the Pru District made this joint gesture possible through their own volition of acknowledging the effort invested into the scheme by their coordinator. The object of appreciation took the form of a citation exquisitely designed to suit the joy in their heart for the occasion. The citations were presented to Pru East District Coordinator and the RTCs. The National Executives deem this gesture founded and encourage trainees in other districts who similarly cherish the work of their respective coordinators to follow suit (willingly). NABCO: Important message from NABTAG to NABCO beneficiaries
According to the press release issued by the Executive of NABCO TRAINEES ASSOCIATION OF GHANA (NABTAG), management of NABCO could not have gone beyond the GES directive to post Educate Ghana Trainees. “Management of NABCO was not given the option to ignore the requirement. In every institution, there are laid down procedures to be followed which may not pardon anyone on compliance”. Management of NABCO in February started sending messages to its beneficiaries in Educate Ghana module to provide their license certificate details to enable them to keep accurate data of beneficiaries who have taken part in the exam and data of those who are yet to. But unfortunately, the requirements did not go well with some of the trainees especially those who have not taken part in the license examination. But according to the executive of NABTAG, “Not having the Licensure Qualification Certificate does not automatically render you ‘useless’. Every eligible Educate Ghana Trainee will be considered for a good exit pathway arrangement”. Below is the full press release: NABCO TRAINEES ASSOCIATION OF GHANA – NABTAG 1st March, 2021 For Immediate Release: ATTN: EDUCATE GHANA TRAINEES WITHOUT LICENSURE CERTIFICATE ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Kindly be informed that the executives of NABTAG have received your concern regarding the limitation posed by the directive to update Licensure Qualification details on the portal and forwarded same to management. It is important to note that the Licensure Certification is a mandatory requirement instituted by GES. The Licensure Testing, by design, is premised on the need to ensure that personnel who are posted to teach are competent and ready to provide impactful lessons to students. GES remains pedantic about this requirement considering the nature of work to be executed by the teaching profession. In thise wise, management of NABCO was not given the option to ignore the requirement. In every institution, there are laid down procedures to be followed which may not pardon anyone on compliance. Management of NABCO could not have gone beyond the GES directive to post Educate Ghana Trainees. NABTAG, nevertheless, has informed management and looking forward to receiving managerial arrangement in response to the concern raised. Note: Not having the Licensure Qualification Certificate does not automatically render you ‘useless’. Every eligible Educate Ghana Trainee will be considered for a good exit pathway arrangement. Good information to all NABCO beneficiaries who…
Apexnewsgh.com your reliable online portal can confirm that the NABCO December allowance has been paid to beneficiaries and for those who did not receive the usual message alert due to network problem, they should kindly go for their allowance with ease. After witnessing some delays in the payment stipends of NABCO beneficiaries across the country, beneficiaries across all regions of Ghana were seen with excitement moving from one E-zwich center to another to cash out their long awaited December stipends. However, it appears some beneficiaries are complaining that they have been paid because they couldn’t receive a message alert as usual from their employer. Please Note: that shouldn’t be a worry, because the network disappoints atimes. Just kindly take your E-zwich along with you to any E-zwich office for your allowance especially if you are sure you submitted your timesheet. Good and exciting news for NABCO Trainees…
Apexnewsgh.com can confirm that, the NABCO Career Pathways Transition Portal has been reopened for NABCO beneficiaries who could not complete their Career Pathways Transition Process. The NABCO Trainees Career Pathway Transition Processing portal is a NABCO permanent jobs portal created for all NABCO trainees to fill in their details and qualification, to help in the transitioning of NABCO trainees into permanent Jobs, entrepreneurship, and further learning. The portal was opened in November 2020 and ended in December 2020, The Director in charge of Business Research and Skills Development at the Head office of the Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) Mubarak Bowan in an exclusive interview has told Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen of Apexnewsgh.com, that after the official Career Pathways registration on Saturday, December 5, 2020, a grace period of about 4 to 5 days will be given to beneficiaries who were unable to complete their registration due circumstances beyond their control before a mob up exercise. It appears the extension given by the leadership of NABCO, did not benefit some of the trainees who were facing one issue or the other during the process. However, a notice forwarded by one of the NABCO coordinators is encouraging all NABCO beneficiaries who could not complete their process to do so from now till 11:59 pm Sunday, January 31, 2021 “The Career Pathways Transition Process ended in December but unfortunately, some trainees were still not able to complete the process. However, the good news is that the Career Pathways Transition portal has been reopened. If you couldn’t complete your process, please take this chance and do it. The system is opened from now and will remain open until 11:59 pm on Sunday, January 31, 2021” Apexnewsgh.com/Ghana/Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen Please contact Apexnewsgh.com on email apexnewsgh@gmail.com for your credible news publications.
