The results underscore the popularity of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, revealing that an impressive 57% of NPP supporters envision him as the party’s leader for the 2028 presidential elections.

Dr. Bawumia, who is currently the party’s Presidential Candidate for the upcoming 2024 elections, has emerged not just as a contender but as a frontrunner in the eyes of the party faithful. If delegates are to select a flagbearer for the following election cycle, he stands as a clear favorite.
