President-elect John Dramani Mahama has embarked on a diplomatic tour of three African countries, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea Bissau, and Gabon, to foster stronger relationships and cooperation between Ghana and its sub-Saharan neighbors. Apexnewsgh reports

During his visit, Mr. Mahama met with the Presidents of the three countries, reaffirming their shared values and aspirations for progress across the continent.

Their discussions centered around exploring opportunities for collaboration in trade, security, and sustainable development, ensuring that their partnerships benefit not only their nations but also the people they serve.

Mr. Mahama emphasized his commitment to working towards a brighter, more prosperous future for Ghana’s youth and vulnerable populations. This three-nation tour is part of his efforts to strengthen ties with Ghana’s closest allies, having also visited Nigeria, Benin, and Togo since his election on December 7.
