Mavis Hawa Koomson, Ghana former Minister for Special Development Initiatives has finally made her way through the first list of President Akufo-Addo second Administration.
According to the list of appointments released so far by the President, Mavis Hawa Koomson is appointed the Minister for Fisheries and Aquaculture Development.
Earlier before the release of the President Appointment list, some Ghanaians have projected some members of Parliament who are likely not to get a chance the second administration of Akufo Addo’s led government and the Member of Parliament representing Awutu Senya East Constituency was among the names mentioned in most reports across the media landscape.
However, Ghanaians per their projection was considering some of the issues that happened during her first ministerial portfolio as Minister for Special Development Initiatives.
Ranging from her response with regards to Dam size and the amount involved in the government flagship policy of One Village One Dam (1V1D), One District One Factory(1D1F) One Million Dollar Per Constituency among others.
However, recent action that steers some controversy was with regards to her pulling a gun during the registration exercise.
