The National Deputy Secretary of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nana Obiri Boahen has described the NPP as the nose, mouth, eyes and ears of the country Ghana. Apexnewsgh.com reports
According to Mr. Boahen who was interviewed on Apexnewsgh.com platform on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, … the NPP is the nose, mouth, eyes and ears of the country Ghana. Apart from this tradition, there is no other tradition in this country that can move the nation forward and what has happened tells you how the NPP is and NABCO is a laudable and remarkable achievement”. He said
He was responding to the directive made by the Ghana Vice President Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia asking over 68,000 NABCO beneficiaries across the country who were earlier asked to go home by their National Headquarters after their 3-year programme elapsed to return back to post as the government makes permanent arrangement for them.
However, Mr. Boahen expressed satisfaction with the bold step decision made by Vice President.
“As a country is a clear indication of how determined the government is prepared to arrest the issues of joblessness and for me, I applaud the government for this bold initiative and more especially the Vice President for coming out to give this directive”.
As for those who were talking about the time limit, whether there is a time limit or there is no time limit, for me the most important thing is that some young Ghanaians are been employed. So that is good, is a good initiative” He reaffirmed
