The Business tycoon, for the first time, made the revelation during his One-on-one engagement with Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen, the editor in Chief of ApexnewsGh.Com on Sunday, August 27, 2023.
Mr. who sounds so frank during the exclusive engagement said, that development is key for his people: “No politician would come around and put money in your pockets, no political will do that. So, it is about development, is about creating jobs for our people, is about getting jobs for our youth and our mothers, is about developing human capabilities, that’s politics. So, no politician can come and say in Bolga East I want to give everybody money no, it’s not possible. But what you do in Dabore here probably 10 people can get something out of that.

If we are able to set up a rice mill in Dabore, how many of our mothers will be working in the rice factory? If you’re able to even create a standard pure water factory or a bottled water factory in Zuarungu or in Bolga East, how many of our youth will be working in that company? This is what Mathew Amoah is bringing on board”.

He was very optimistic that with links and business ideas, Bolga East as a constituency would be a better place to live. He said, all he is pleading from the people of Bolga East is just to give him 4 years. “I want to create something I’m a businessman trust me, I’m a businessman, and with business, Bolga East will develop. I don’t want to say what I will do, we are coming to beg to Bolga East, they should just give us four years, we don’t want to 12 years and wouldn’t want to go 16 years, it doesn’t take a good leader long service period to make an impact”.

Referencing Nelson Mandela, Mr. Amoah insists a good leader does not need 12 or 16 years to make the lives of his people better.

“Nelson Mandela was imprisoned for 27 years he became president of South Africa in three years, the impact Nelson Mandela made in South Africa no one has been able to break that record. He didn’t need a long serving year to make that impact. So, I don’t need a long time, I just need four years to see what we can do to help Bolga East. And if I’m giving the not, I wouldn’t leave as an MP in Bolga East without one or two factories in the constituency”.

“This is my home I’m from here I have to make an impact in my community and I will make that impact by the grace of God”. He told Ngamegbulam Chidozie Stephen of Apexnewsgh.com
