The Editor of the Herald Newspaper Larry Alans Dogbe has released a hint to Chief of Staff Frema Opare that she and lawyer, one Gary Nimako can never intimidate him because he is ready for both of them regarding her alleged involvement at BOST with regards to vehicle auction. Apexnewsgh.com report
The Chief of Staff Akosua Frema Osei-Opare has earlier on the 10th of August, 2022, given Prime Mark Company Limited, publishers of the Herald newspaper a 24-hour ultimatum to retract and apologize for a defamatory publication against her.
It follows a publication carried in the 3rd August edition of the Newspaper captioned,” More rot emerge from BOST with Chief of Staff named again.”
Frema Osei-Opare through her lawyer Gary Nimako said the publication is defamatory and has criminal implications, describing it as an attempt to tarnish her hard-won reputation.
The Chief of Staff has, therefore, threatened legal action against the Herald Newspaper if it fails to retract and apologize in the next 24 hours upon receipt of the letter.
Meanwhile, responding to the Chief of Staff Frema Opare’s 24-hour ultimatum to retraction demands on Meta, Mr. Larry Alans Dogbey said he is not intimidated by the suit and demands because his lawyers are ready.
”It’s obvious @Gary Nimako’s law practice has always been driven and sustained by publicity stunts to tickle his clients! He leaked his demand for an apology as well as the GHc20 million lawsuit on behalf of Chief of Staff, Akosua Frema Osei-Opare to his friends in the media for publications before anything else. We are yet to receive any document from him. Our lawyers are ready…..😂😂😂😂” He responded.
