Defender of Dormaa based Aduana Stars, Farouk Adams has been arrested for incidentally killing a police officer.
Farouk Adams hit the police officer who has been identified only as Mando with his vehicle on the Wamfie road killing him on the spot.
The officer had closed from a shift at Asuotiano Berekum road and was returning home when the incident occurred.
The footballer is currently in police custody assisting with investigations.
