Among them stood the National Chairman of the NPP, Stephen Ayesu Ntim, a figure of eloquence and conviction.

Amidst the spirited ambiance, Ntim took center stage, his voice resonating with confidence and gratitude. He began by commending the current government’s stewardship, acknowledging their unwavering commitment that had steered Ghana away from the precipice of despair towards a beacon of economic recovery.

Ntim harkened back to the tumultuous times marked by the global health crises, notably the relentless challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. However, he did not dwell on the difficulties alone, but rather praised the government’s swift and proactive measures, assuring Ghanaians of a steadfast resolve to make their lives more bearable in the face of adversity.

“While we acknowledge that our journey is not yet over,” Ntim emphasized, “significant strides have undeniably been taken towards brighter horizons.”

With a fervor that ignited the audience, Ntim extolled the visionary leadership of the nation’s president, attributing Ghana’s resurgence to a government that had nurtured stability within its democratic foundations. “We are not just surviving; we are thriving under President X’s guidance. Economic prosperity beckons as we embrace reforms that bolster good governance.”

The chairman’s speech was not just a recollection of past triumphs, but a clarion call to action. He underscored the party’s pivotal accomplishments, including the groundbreaking Free Senior High School policy, the establishment of STEM and TVET institutions, the revolutionary mobile money interoperability, and the ambitious Agenda 111 initiative.

In a crescendo of impassioned rhetoric, Ntim urged the electorate to rally behind the party’s flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, in the forthcoming elections—an invitation to perpetuate the momentum of progress that had already been set in motion.
