Healthcare: Free Primary Healthcare has been delivered, and the Mahama Cares programme is financing treatment for non-communicable diseases.
Infrastructure Development: The US$10 billion Big Push Programme is underway, accelerating infrastructure development.
Good Governance: The government has initiated a Constitution Review process and is working to recover looted state funds through Operation Recover All Loot.
