The Upper East Regional Organizer of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) Charles T. Ndanbon who doubles as aspiring Party Parliamentary Candidate in the Nabdam Constituency has vowed to deliver 95 to 100 percent for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the Nabdam Constituency of the Upper East Region as they go to the polls on Saturday to elect the Party Presidential candidate for 2024 election.

Addressing the delegates on Friday, Hon. Ndanbon told media that well-meaning Party members in the Nabdam Constituency are seriously on the ground campaigning for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to win by 100 percent margin.

Hon. Ndanbon who has choked a number of political successes in both Nabdam Constituency and the region confirmed there is unity within the rank and file of the NPP in his Constituency.

He further expressed excitement that all those who matter in the Nabdam NPP Party are currently on the ground campaigning vigorously for Dr. Mahamudu.

He mentioned the former Party Regional Organizer Mr. Yaw Mort who used to be the Regional Coordinator for Mr. Alan, Ambassador Boniface Gambila, DCE Agnes Anamoo, the Upper East Regional Chairman Anthony Namoo, and all polling station and constituency Executives are all out campaigning for Dr. Bawumia.

Meanwhile, as Kennedy Agyapong, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Addai Nimoh, and Dr. Afriyie Akoto battle together on the race on Saturday, the party has put measures in place to avoid any of them resigning from the party after the declaration of the result.
However, following the presidential primaries, the party has asked all four aspirants to sign a stringent legal commitment.

This means that Kennedy Agyapong, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Addai Nimoh, and Dr. Afriyie Akoto cannot resign from the party if any of them should lose the elections.

This action stems from the precedent set by Alan Kyerematen, who resigned from the party and established a new movement after coming in third in the super delegate’s elections.
