Dr. Bawumia highlighted nearly thirty initiatives that he pledged and successfully implemented over the past seven years, demonstrating his commitment to improving the country’s development.

During an engagement with traders’ associations and magazine leaders in Sunyani, Bono Ahafo Region, Bawumia emphasized the need for continuity in leadership and cautioned against voting for the opposing NDC party.

He confidently stated, “I have never been a president, I’m just the vice-president, but I have really worked. My opponent has been a president before, but I have really delivered on my promises.”

Bawumia listed several accomplishments, including the rollout of the Ghana Card, issuance of the card to children at birth, implementation of a digital address system, introduction of a paperless port, and the use of drones by Zipline to deliver medicines in Ghana.

He also stressed the successful removal of ghost names from the government payroll as proof of his effective governance.

As Bawumia positions himself as a strong candidate for the presidency in 2024, he is appealing to the electorate to consider his proven track record of fulfilling promises and leading the country towards progress and development.
