Managing Director of the Accra Digital Center Kofi Ofosu Nkansah has complained bitterly about the selfishness in the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

According to him, if the party cared for each other 10% as they take their issues seriously, the opposition National Democratic Congress will not even think of coming back to power.

However, that cannot be said about the NPP as members of the party especially those opportune to be in positions of influence think of only themselves and not the collective good of all members.

“Internally, we need to reassess ourselves in NPP. Most people are only focused on their interests. If we even care about each other just 10% of how we take our own issues seriously, nka NDC will have it very difficult to get close to us in terms of getting Political Power. But alas, selfishness takes the better part of us most of the time.”

He said since the party wants to hold on to power, it’s imperative that the party and its members are kind to each other.

“If we are serious about Political Power, then we need to treat each other with kindness and dignity. The plain truth.”
