John Mahama Requires Comfortable Majority in Parliament, Says Edudze Tamakloe

In a recent campaign rally in the Builsa North Constituency, Godwin Edudze Tamakloe, Head of Legal Affairs for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), addressed a passionate crowd in the Upper East Region. Apexnewsgh reports

His message was clear: the future of Ghana is at stake, and the people of the region have the power to shape it.

Lawyer Tamakloe emphasized the importance of massively voting for NDC Parliamentary candidates across all 15 constituencies in the region. He stressed that former President John Dramani Mahama needs a strong presence in Parliament to execute his transformative projects for the country.

He warned that voting for New Patriotic Party (NPP) candidates would hinder Mahama’s ability to implement his vision. The NDC’s vision, as outlined by Mahama, includes policies such as the 24-hour economy, designed to boost productivity and create jobs.

Additionally, Mahama has promised free university education for all young people admitted from January 2025, a move aimed at empowering Ghana’s youth. Tamakloe’s call to action underscores the NDC’s commitment to Ghana’s development and its people’s well-being. By supporting NDC Parliamentary candidates, the Upper East Region can play a crucial role in shaping the country’s future.

As Ghana prepares for the 2024 elections, the NDC’s message resonates with many who are seeking positive change. The question remains: will the Upper East Region rally behind the NDC’s vision?

The NDC National Chairman Johnson Asiedu Nketiah has been in the Upper East Region since Wednesday campaigning in some remote part of the various constituencies in the region with some influential team from Accra.
