Mahama Promises to Prioritize Technical and Vocational Education, Support Artisans if Elected

In a Facebook post on Thursday, June 13, John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), outlined his plans to prioritize technical and vocational education, support master craftsmen and women, and provide funds and start-up equipment to artisans if elected in this year’s elections. Apexnewsgh reports

Mahama shared his “incredibly exciting experience” on his way to Wa, where he interacted with passionate artisans in local communities between Sawla and Wa. He was impressed by their dedication and “appropriate technology” used to serve clients.

He emphasized that his government will focus on implementing policies that uplift every Ghanaian’s life, prioritizing technical and vocational education, and supporting master craftsmen and women to train apprentices.

Mr. Mahama also promised to provide funds and start-up equipment to artisans, recognizing their zeal and enthusiasm for change in the country’s political leadership.

He expressed his renewed sense of purpose and drive, determined to lead Ghana to greater heights and build a prosperous nation. Mahama’s commitment to supporting artisans and prioritizing technical and vocational education aims to uplift the lives of every Ghanaian and move the country forward.
