Apexnewsgh.com can confirm that the incumbent Member of Parliament (MP) for the Nabdam Constituency Dr. Mark Kurt Nawwane who happened to be the 2020 candidate under the ticket of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), has maintained his seat as a member of parliament elect for the people of Nabdam constituency.
51 polling stations results collated so far has put Dr. Nawaane ahead with 10, 842 of the total valid vote cast to beat his competitor, Boniface Gambila of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) who only manage to pull 7, 924 from his people.
However, on the presidential polls, the NPP’s Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo got 7, 421 while John Dramani Mahama of the NDC pulled 10,875.
The results for other political parties are as follows APC 14, PPP 9, GUM 75, PNC 31 and NDP 12, CPP polled 25, GFP 9, LGP 24 and Independent 19, and GCPP pulled 9 votes
